• Cancellation requests are eligible only if the service has been active for 7 days or fewer from the date of purchase.
• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle or immediately, depending on the nature of your request.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase date.
• Usage must not have exceeded the 7-day trial period. Extended usage beyond this window may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility at our discretion.
• Refunds apply to the subscription purchase price only and do not cover any additional costs, transaction fees, or third-party charges incurred during your use of the service.
• Credits purchased separately (outside of a subscription plan) are non-refundable once consumed.
• Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
